Salvatore Consiglio, Executive Director

Salvatore Consiglio has served as the Executive Director of the London Metropolitan Housing Authority since 2009. Prior to his appointment, he served as the Authority's accountant, providing valuable financial oversight and guidance.

In addition to his role with LMHA, Mr. Consiglio owns and operates a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm in North Royalton, Ohio, near Cleveland. With extensive experience in both public accounting and public housing administration, he brings a wealth of financial expertise and comprehensive knowledge of housing authority operations to the organization.

Trisha Sparks, Property Manager

Trisha Sparks has been a dedicated member of London Metropolitan Housing Authority since 2005. She began her career as the Front Desk Clerk and, through her strong work ethic, commitment, and expertise, advanced to the role of Occupancy Specialist. In early 2017, she was promoted to Property Manager, a position she continues to hold today. Trisha has demonstrated exceptional leadership, extensive knowledge of housing programs and property management, and a steadfast commitment to serving the residents and community of London.

Amy Minnick, Administrative Assistant

Amy Minnick joined the London Metropolitan Housing Authority in July 2018 as the Administrative Assistant. Prior to joining LMHA, she dedicated many years to public service as an EMT with Madison County EMS, where she served until her retirement in 2012. Her extensive experience in emergency services, combined with her administrative expertise, makes her a valued member of the LMHA team.

Kevin Weeter, Maintenance

Kevin Weeter joined the London Metropolitan Housing Authority in November 2022 as a Maintenance Technician. In his role, Mr. Weeter is responsible for rehabilitating vacant units, completing maintenance and repair request in occupied units, and ensuring the ongoing upkeep of all London MHA properties.

For maintenance emergencies that occur after normal business hours, on weekends, or during holidays, please call Kevin Weeter @ (740) 837-0402. If he is the designated on-call maintenance technician, he will respond to your emergency as soon as possible.

Thomas 'Tommy" Hurley, Maintenance

Thomas "Tommy" Hurley joined the London Metropolitan Housing Authority in March 2025 as a Maintenance Technician. In his role, Tommy is responsible for rehabilitating vacant units, completing maintenance and repair request in occupied residences, and assisting with maintenance and upkeep of all LMHA properties.

For maintenance emergencies that occur after normal business hours, on weekends, or during holidays, please call Tommy at (740) 837-0401. Depending on the on-call schedule, he may be the maintenance technician available to respond to your emergency.
